GenePattern Cloud is a cloud-based workspace which supports integrative genomics analysis through an easy-to-use Web interface. It provides access to and between a diverse range of bioinformatics tools, (including data storage, data providers and analysis tools) making it easy to use the available analyses and visualizations in each of them. GenePattern is one of the founding tools of the GenomeSpace initiative.
Any papers associated with a particular module can be found in the references section of the module's documentation. Papers and articles about GenePattern can most easily be found with a Google Scholar search. If you are looking for something in particular and having difficulty, please contact us.
